Sushil graduated in film direction and screenplay writing from the institute at India FTII, Pune. and holds a master’s in mass media and communication studies from Pune University. Since then, he has directed several documentaries and short films which appreciated in several film festivals. He has also worked for ad films as a copywriter and director.
Yashwant Shekhawat

With a wealth of experience across multiple roles in the industry, Yashwant Shekhawat is a true veteran. A passionate novelist and playwright, he authored the Hindi novel and the play , based on the memoir of Shivrani Devi, wife of Premchand, published by Bodhi Prakashan and available on Amazon. Yashwant’s directorial expertise includes working as an Associate Director on films such as (Viacom and Anurag Kashyap) and (Viacom), as well as serving as Chief Assistant Director for (Percept) and . His experience and storytelling skills make him an invaluable mentor at ICE.

He graduated in Mass Media Studies from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, and holds a Master’s degree in Arts and Aesthetics (Cinema & Visual Studies) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Mohammad further honed his craft with a post-graduation in Film Direction and Screenplay Writing from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. With a diverse portfolio, Mohammad has successfully directed multiple short films, documentaries, and music videos. As a high-demand freelance filmmaker and screenplay writer, he continues to make a mark in the industry.
