Program Overview

We train youngsters to take up photography as a profession

We encourage talented youngsters to join the course especially if parents notice their children have an obsession with cameras, taking selfies, or simply clicking pictures all the time. Our course is taught by award-winning expert photographers who harbor tenure of industry experience. The modules of the photography course highlight the basics and also build their technical skills.

Children will learn the elements of the camera, composition, lens, focus, patterns, lighting, and more. At the end of the course, students will learn how to edit and handle the camera like a professional.

The program will go hand in hand with assignments where the students’ images will be reviewed by the faculty and provided feedback on how to improve the quality. The course will benefit young artists to have early admittance with careers in the industry.

Module 2: Working of Camera (The science behind the working of a camera, exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO)

Module 3: Elements of photography (Improve how our photos look and feel.)

Module 4: Composition (The rule of thirds, framing, leading lines, symmetry & patterns, Depth of field)

Module 5: Lens (Prime lens, zoom lens)

Module 6: Lens perspective & Focus (sharp focus, soft focus, split focus, bokeh)

Module 7: Shots (Close-Up ‘Ecu, Bcu, Cu, Mcu’, medium shot, medium long, long shot, extreme long shot, two shot, three shot, group shots)

Module 8: Camera Angles (4 Hours learning on types of camera angles, eye level shot, high angle shot, low angle shot, worm’s eye shot)

Module 9: Lights- Natural (One light approach, two light approach, three-point light), artificial (One light approach, two light approach, three-point light), types of side/split lights, butterfly lighting loop lighting, rembrandt lighting, short lighting, broad lighting

Module 10: Contrast ratio, Light accessories, Illuminance & luminance

Module 11: Filters (Camera filters & light filters)

Module 12: Color theory

Module 13: Editing (The art of editing, basics of photo editing, photo presentation, colour correction)

Module 14: Software (Lightroom software)

Module 15: Assignments (Portrait Photography, Fashion Photography, Sports Photography, Food Photography, Pottery Photography, Architectural Photography)

Program Certificate

Students who complete any course are awarded certificates that are globally recognized and widely preferred within the industry.

Create a footing for all professions in art performance, acting, or filmmaking with an internationally recognized and accepted certification from ICE Institute. ICE was the first media and film institute to receive the ISO certification on quality standards and continues to make history within the industry.

We offer dual certification on selective courses with government certification. ICE is the authorized partner of Media & Entertainment Skill Council (MESC) which is promoted by FICCI & NSDC for setting standards while training and accreditation falls under (PMKVY) scheme of government of India. This is beneficial since MESC has a mandate to create a skilled workforce of 11.4 lakhs by 2022.
